Conditions of Hire
1. Suits must be tried on at the time of collection or no responsibility taken.
2. Any loss or damage to the merchandise including bags and hangers while in the possession of the hirer will be made good at the expense of the hirer.
3. An extra $50.00 AUD per day will be charged for late returns. All items must be returned by 2pm of the return date.
4. Suitable identification must be shown at all times.
5. Bags and hangers must be returned or a charge will be made.
6. Except for the return of bond, no cash refunds will be made under any circumstances. A store credit for future hires will be issued for any balances due and will be valid for 12 months and will be fully transferable.
7. The customer agrees to pay the sum of $10.00 AUD for accidental damage wavier. Tony Barlow Formal Hire agrees to waive claims against customer to the value of $100.00 AUD resulting from unintentional damage to the hired articles during the specified hire period. Any damage in excess of $100.00 AUD shall be the responsibility of the hirer. This agreement does not cover intentional destruction or loss or theft. Proof of unintentional damage shall lie with the hirer.

If you are not happy with your purchase, we will accept a return of an unused product within 14 days. Once we receive the returned item Tony Barlow Brisbane will then give a full refund, if all conditions are met (excluding shipping as we are unable to refund the initial shipping cost of your order). These terms and conditions apply for ONLINE purchases only. Tony Barlow Brisbane can not accept responsibility for incorrect measurements. However, we are more than happy to exchange items for another size. All freight does remain the responsibility of the purchaser/buyer.
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Tony Barlow Brisbane will not accept responsibility for any shipment costs.
Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed.
Discounted items are not eligible for a return.
Tony Barlow Brisbane will not issue refunds for products purchased through other entities, such as distributors or retail partners.
Returned items must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging and in the condition they were received or may not be eligible for refund or be subject to a restocking fee. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.
We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery.
We aim to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. All goods will be inspected on return.
Instore Purchases:
1. Unwashed, unworn or unused purchases may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase with a receipt.
2. No exchanges or refunds on tailored garments
3. Items presented for exchange must be in the same condition they were sold
4. No exchange on discounted merchandise
5. Refund or issue of credit note only apply to items with manufacturing fault and when proof of purchase is produced
6. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, buy the wrong size or buy the wrong colour.
